You can feel secure with Woodside’s highly accredited yoga instructors, each of whom has a minimum of two years of teaching experience and 300 hours with Yoga Alliance. Home to a passionate and welcoming community of yogis, Woodside is the perfect place to give your first downward dog a try in a Yoga Foundations class. Restorative and Yin yoga make great choices for those looking for a meditative experience, and members seeking a quicker flow can book a Vinyasa or Power Vinyasa class. 

Cycling
Innovation is the name of the game at Woodside’s state-of-the-art, bespoke, and immersive cycling experience. If you have a passion for cycling, you’ll want this to be your new spot. Woodside partnered with local company Dimensional Innovations to create a cinematic experience and audio-visual landscape to level up your riding experience in three new classes designed by Christian Noni, cycle expert and director of Group Fitness. Sit back, pedal hard, and enjoy the benefits to your cardiovascular health, muscular endurance, and happiness.

The Yard
The Yard is a new space all about free movement and obstacle courses. Athletes and high-impact trainers can find community here to keep their minds and bodies simultaneously engaged for an intense, impactful workout. Group classes include BOX + HIIT and AMRAP, and new concepts are always being introduced. In these classes, members make the most of the OUTRACE and MoveStrong training stations, working members on the stairs, ramp, and net for a full-body experience.

The Lab
Always keeping an eye toward the future, Woodside has another boutique experience opening soon. The Lab will take fitness to the next level as an interval training studio. Classes in The Lab are tailored for those who enjoy pushing their limits, described as the ultimate multi-dimensional workout. Get ready for some extreme and effective power cardio conditioning with Woodside’s team of expert instructors. It’s dark, sweaty, and intense. It’s The Lab.
