Recipe: The Roasterie’s Candy Bar Cooler

Need a jolt of java and a fix for your sweet tooth? We’ve found the perfect concoction for you. It’s The Roasterie’s new Candy Bar Cooler, and, yes, it’s just as decadent as it sounds—cavities notwithstanding. It’s part of The Roasterie’s new barista-inspired menu of coffee-esque mocktails. Labor Day be damned—the Candy Bar Cooler is a nitro-based beverage that suggests the endless possibilities of sunny, responsibility-free summer days. “Imagine this as a midday pick-me-up, a cool after-dinner drink, or even dessert,” says the Roasterie barista trainer Stevie Gray. “This is fun to drink in any kind of weather and perfectly captures the elevated presentation that illustrates the many forms coffee accommodates.”

If the caffeine doesn’t give you a good buzz, Lord knows the sugar rush is bound to push you over the edge. (Note the gummy worm garnish.) Or as Gray reminds, “Coffee gets in your blood, and it’s contagious.”
