KC FilmFest International partnered with the Critics Choice Association and the Boone Theater to present Celebrate Black Cinema and the launch of the Black Movie Hall of Fame. Live music was performed by Grammy Nominated music producer Jo Blaq and The Distrikct and artwork by Warren Harvey was unveiled.
