For $80 per person on December 13, you’ll be treated to a seven-course meal by Anousone’s sous chef, Chris Jones, along with optional drink pairings for four of the seven courses for an additional $30.
Chef Jones is keeping his full menu under his toque, but one of the dishes will be Shrimp Gochujang Beurre Blanc—the perfect representation of Anousone’s popular Lao-Thai fusion cuisine.
While this is a not-to-miss event, don’t fret if you already have something on your calendar. This dinner is the first in a series at Strang Hall that will showcase up-and-coming talent like Jones.
