Right now, I’m loving the Garden House Cafe at 1639 Southwest Blvd. It’s a cafe and plant shop—the vibe is amazing. If you’re obsessed with London Fogs like I am, they make one of the best I’ve ever had.
The pottery from Goodynuf Ceramics is beautifully made by a local artist named Aisha Syed. Her pieces frequently pop up at Casual Animal Brewing (and elsewhere), and I can’t wait for her next drop.
I love my Soft Sand Islas earrings from Nickel & Suede. The neutral color goes with just about everything, and every time I wear them I get compliments from random strangers. Gotta love that!
I’ve been going to classes at Sweat Forum in Prairie Village about four or five days a week. It’s locally and female-owned, and the instructors are awesome. I love the heated infrared room and how good it makes me feel. It does my mind and body good!
