The Region 7 Head Start Association (R7HSA), representing early childhood programs across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, is bringing the World’s Largest Rubber Duck to Overland Park, KS, as a feature of their 2023 Conference. Monday, June 12th at 4:30pm will be the official Duck Launch Ceremony, and Overland Park, KS Mayor Curt Skoog will be onsite to Welcome the Duck to Overland Park!
