The Campground’s second annual pop-up is complete with festive drinks and food that complement a European-style open-air market where you’ll find locally made gifts to put under the tree.
Enchanted Tiki Bar at Powell Gardens

During Powell Gardens’ Festival Lights, the gardens’ signature glass-domed conservatory will be transformed into a holiday-themed enchanted tiki bar complete with island cocktails, tropical plants, and music. Mele Kalikimaka!

Pierpont’s Conductor Club is a year-round rotating themed cocktail bar. This holiday season the pop-up is inspired by the classic holiday film Home Alone with decorations, themed cocktails, and small plates influenced by the movie.

Have you longed to spend your holidays in Hobbiton? This holiday pop-up brings the fictional world of Lord of the Rings to life with craft cocktails, shots, appetizers, and live music every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night.
Merry & Brite at PH Coffee

This pop-up bar has a full menu of cocktails and mocktails made with local ingredients in the PH Coffee Social Gallery every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Each evening will offer entertainment from a local performer.

Miracle has become a holiday pop-up staple in Kansas City over the last few years, and this year the pop-up has three locations spanning the metro. Order up holiday cocktails and shots like Jingle Balls Nog, SanTaRex, and more. Small plates are also available.
Nine Zero One Igloo Bar at The Fontaine

You’ll feel like you’re enjoying drinks at the North Pole at this pop-up. Experience one of Kansas City’s most popular rooftop destinations. Nine Zero One igloos are back with immersive and festive decor, cocktails, food, and photo opportunities.
Rec Deck the Halls at Boulevard Brewing Company

Boulevard’s first annual pop-up serves up a menu of magical cocktails built around Boulevard beer, hard seltzers, and Fling Craft Cocktails. With keepsake glassware, nibbles, shuffleboard courts, and special events, Boulevard has lots in store for you.

If you’re looking for a drive out of the city, head over to Snowglobe—Lawrence’s only holiday pop-up. Heads up: you might be blinded by the sheer number of lights strung throughout Snowglobe.
Winter Wonderland at The Dining Experience

While Kauffman Center’s The Dining Experience hasn’t officially reopened, there will be a special engagement pop-up series. Winter Wonderland will be complete with small plates, specialty, cocktails, and of course, transformed into a Winter Wonderland.
