The magic of Disney is coming to Kansas City’s Kauffman Center reimagined by the Heartland Men’s Chorus in Disney PRIDE in Concert, a multimedia musical celebration of LGBTQ life, love, family, and perseverance!
This first-of-its-kind family-friendly show will draw inspiration from iconic Disney films like The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, and Mary Poppins; modern classics like Coco, Zootopia, and Wreck-It Ralph; and the beloved music of Disney Theme Parks. The multimedia extravaganza will feature HMCKC’s 150-member chorus alongside a 25-piece orchestra performing enchanting new musical arrangements accompanied by animation from Disney and Pixar films and archives.
