As a certified personal trainer and wellness coach my goal is to do what is best for you and get you to a place where you not only feel good about how you look and feel but also get you to a point where you understand that being healthy is a lifestyle and has a long-term impact not only physically but mentally.
Whether you see me once a week or five times a week, I want to leave you with tools and resources to help keep you on track. I use an app that will give you guided workouts, and I also can put together meal plans along with recipes that work with any dietary restrictions, lifestyle, and schedule. So, let's chat! I also offer virtual sessions.
