Altrusa International of Greater Kansas City, Inc will partner with "The Merc" in a Spring into Reading Book Giveaway children's event at "The Merc" parking lot, 501 Minnesota Avenue (intersection of 5th and Minnesota streets), KCKS; 10 am until noon.
