National Vietnam Veterans Day Ceremony

Honor and commemorate the sacrifices of Vietnam veterans and their families on National Vietnam Veterans Day. This program will feature two keynote addresses and a service pinning ceremony. Signed into law in 2017, the Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act designates March 29 of each year as National Vietnam War Veterans Day, which is part of a national effort to recognize the men and women who were denied a proper welcome upon returning home more than 40 years ago.

Day in the Life: Technology

The Living History Volunteer Corps will be onsite to share stories of the Great War era and make history come to life! Living History volunteers will focus on the technology that was developed before and during the Great War to overcome issues on the battlefield, the hospital ward and the home front. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and view non-accessioned WWI objects up close.
