Kansas City Fashion Week — Night Three

Here’s a look at what the designers brought to the runway last night for Kansas City Fashion Week 2019. Haute couture and high-fashion were on point throughout the evening—including a few rocker-chic looks that got the crowd revved up. Teisha Barber, the president of Kansas City Fashion Week, gave us a play-by-play of who’s who.

Audrey Lockwood — Devil Doll by Audrey Lockwood
“Audrey was selected by Brad Austen, KCPT’s creative director, to be the KCFW designer feature in the new fashion documentary Walk, Turn, Walk, airing in May 2019. Her fall collection contains 12 looks inspired by the iconic rockabilly queen Poison Ivy, co-founder of the Cramps.”

Atinuke Adelke — Zuri Perle, LLC  
“Atinuke is a jewelry designer with master’s degree in law. Nine years ago, she studied jewelry making from local artisans in Nigeria.

Jennifer Tierney — J. Tierney Designs
“Jennifer is a local audience favorite with experience not only in fashion design, but also a career in ballet.”

Lauren Bander
“A KCFW veteran and crowd favorite from St. Louis, Missouri.”

Andrew Clancey — Any Old Iron
“Andrew is based in Nashville. His brand is known for rock-n-roll tailoring with a twist. Beyoncé, Kesha, Lady Gaga, Cardi B, and Miranda Lambert are some of his celebrity clients.”
