Will they—or won’t they? That was the question on everyone’s mind regarding the pending 2021 Plaza Art Fair. Well, it’s official—Kansas City’s premier, three-day celebration of art, food, culture and music, will return to Country Club Plaza from September 24-26. (Fun fact: this is the 90th year of the Plaza Art Fair, by the way.)
“Honoring art and culture has never been more important, and we are pleased to safely welcome the community back to Country Club Plaza,” says Kasey Vena, general manager, Country Club Plaza. With public health and safety in mind, Country Club Plaza will continue its adherence to local and national guidelines and will continue to monitor conditions to ensure safety for all guests.
The famed Plaza Art Fair tradition began in 1932. Over the years, the exhibits have grown in quality and creativity to become a nationally recognized fine art and fine craft festival, and a beloved Kansas City tradition. More information will be announced in the coming months. For event details and updates, please visit the 2021 Plaza Art Fair website at http://www.plazaartfair.com.
