Grand Opening Celebration for The Grand Apartments on Thursday, May 9th from 3:30pm – 6:30pm

The Grand Apartments is a historic rehabilitation of the former Traders On Grand building into 201 luxury apartments and 11,000 square feet of commercial space. The $67 million project is a partnership between Block Real Estate Services and Sunflower Development Group The project boasts amenities including Downtown’s highest rooftop pool (sitting atop the 21st floor), an attached outdoor dog park, digital sports simulator room, and a movie theater in the former basement bank vault.
