Fort Scott-based E3 Meat Co. provides the beef you’ll find in the restaurant’s signature chili, grilled angus burger, short rib stroganoff, ribeye, and filet, but there’s much more to enjoy—Dior also serves catfish with hushpuppies, Cajun pasta, chicken fingers, and fish and chips, plus soups, salads, and a dessert list that will have your sweet tooth aching to skip dinner.
