Foodie Find: Mission Taco Joint’s Kid’s Meals Support Adoption & Beyond in November

While Mission Taco Joint is a good choice for lunch or dinner any time of the year, it’s even more tempting to do family dinner at the West Coast-style Mexican restaurant this month. Throughout November, Mission Taco is donating $1 from the purchase of every kid’s meal to the Overland Park-based nonprofit Adoption & Beyond.

Mission Taco’s kid’s meals are $7, and the menu includes kid’s burritos, cheese quesadillas, chicken fingers, and beef and cheese tacos.

“This cause is very special to us,” says Adam Tilford, Mission Taco Joint co-owner and CEO. “We completed our family with the adoption of our son, Mateo, and we are so grateful for the amazing work of Adoption & Beyond. We want to continually use our restaurants as a platform to raise awareness and give back during National Adoption Month.”

Both online and dine-in orders that include kid’s meals will donate $1 to Adoption & Beyond. Order from Mission Taco’s Crossroads location at 409 E 18th Street or the South Plaza location at 5060 Main Street.
