Our expertise is remodeling homes in Kansas City’s original neighborhoods to meet today’s lifestyle, all the while honoring the tradition of the homes’ original character. Many of our clients find themselves in a neighborhood they love and don’t want to leave, but with a floor plan that is outdated or under-utilized. Starting with design, we re-imagine their space in a way that is conducive to everyday life. Our talented in­house design team develops comprehensive plan sets – complete with everything from engineering to paint colors! – to then transition over to our long-standing production team.
